How To Preserve Data When Konect Fails To Synchronise

Konect fails to synchronise with the cloud database and the collected data must be preserved before an application reset can be performed.


If Konect fails to sync with the cloud database and resetting the app is not possible because there is data that cannot be lost, then do the following steps:

  1. Call Global GBM on +61 7 3210 0741 and describe the problem.
  2. When prompted by the Help Desk staff, press the ‘Send now’ button in the ‘Settings’ page of konect. This will upload all the projects on the device to a special location on the Konect cloud.
  3. Help Desk staff will advise you of the next steps to be taken.
