Fixing HTTP 404 or 500 Connection Errors When Running Konect Manager


Konect Manager when installed and run for the first time.


When Konect Manager is run the first time after installation, an error message is displayed which contains some of the following information: “404 Not Found” or “500 A Server Error has occurred”.


This problem is typically caused by an organisation’s firewall not allowing HTTP requests to the following URL:

To overcome the problem, please ask your network administrator to whitelist the URL.
