Konect Manager | Konect Manager sometimes fails to load the map, locking the user out. After 20 seconds the user will be offered a restart Konect Manager option. If this issue continues the user may try to refresh the app by starting Konect Manager with the command line switch -r. | KS-967 |
Konect App | On some iOS devices, photos taken in portrait mode and chosen from the gallery, can have an orientation correction applied twice such that overlays created in the field will not orientate correctly when viewed in Konect Manager or on Android devices. | KS-989 KS-1007 |
Konect App | It is recommended to store no more then 10 photos for each individual record as this may increase instances of the mobile application crashing due to memory limitations.
