Konect Manager Konect App Konect Portal | Multifactor authentication (MFA) is now available across all Konect clients. Uses can choose SMS text message, email message or to use a software token such as google authenticator or authy. We recommend all users, use some form of MFA. WARNING: We will not be enforcing a Konect Manager upgrade in this version, but you are required to upgrade to the latest version within 60 days as any old Konect managers will stop being able to login. We do apologise for this inconvenience, but the old version is no longer compatible with our upgraded Multi Factor Authentication process. | KRP-366 |
| Konect CLI | The Konect command line tools have been rebuilt and include a KPK export and import feature. The new command line tools will use Konect API Keys instead of username and passwords. | Konect Manager | Konect Manager sometimes fails to load the map, locking the user out. After 20 seconds the user will be offered a restart Konect Manager option. If this issue continues the user may try to refresh the app by starting Konect Manager with the command line switch -r. | KS-967 |
| Konect App | On some iOS devices, photos taken in portrait mode and chosen from the gallery, can have an orientation correction applied twice such that overlays created in the field will not orientate correctly when viewed in Konect Manager or on Android devices. | KS-989 KS-1007 |
| Konect App | It is recommended to store no more then 10 photos for each individual record as this may increase instances of the mobile application crashing due to memory limitations. This is impacted by other applications that may be running on the device, in particular when switching to the camera or gallery application. Konect records can and do store more than 10 photos. | |
