If Konect fails to sync with the cloud database and resetting the app is not possible because there is data that cannot be lost, then do the following steps:
- Call Global GBM on +61 7 3210 0741 and describe the problem.
- When prompted by the Help Desk staff, press the ‘Send now’ button in the ‘Settings’ page of konect. This will upload all the projects on the device to a special location on the Konect cloud.
- Help Desk staff will advise you of the next steps to be taken.
